Youth Ministries

Our Youth Ministry welcomes all youth in the 7th-12th grades. We strive to provide an atmosphere for spiritual growth where youth can form a mature, well rounded, and solid relationship with Jesus Christ. We teach the spiritual habits of Bible study, prayer, tithing and accountability. We value the authority of the Bible, relationships, laughter acceptance, cooperation, and celebration. We encourage all youth to enjoy their daily quiet time with God and to also be involved in the activities and programs provided for them by the church. H.Y.P.E. CLASSES
Wednesdays @ 6:00

H.Y.P.E.

Jesus said, "Go and make Disicples," this is what we strive to do in our Wednesday night H.Y.P.E. classes. H.Y.P.E. stands for Helping Youth Prepare for Eternity. These classes combine Bible truth, application of this truth, and a time for creative recreation. They focus on Christian ethics/morals and the Spiritual habits of Bible study, prayer, tithing, and accountability. The leaders utilize resources where the Bible studies look specifically at Christian Ethics, Christian Doctrine, and Christian Disciplines. These Bible studies teach youth about respecting authority, impacting the world and the Christian worldview. These are great classes that help youth grow in their relationship to Jesus Christ and offers them a time to Love God, to Learn His Ways, to Bring People into a Relationship with Jesus Christ and to Celebrate Life Together!

BIBLE STUDY/SUNDAY SCHOOL
Sunday's @ 9:45 a.m.
Age Graded: Grades 7-8 & 9-12

Small Group Bible Studies focus on helping students grow closer to God. Lessons focus on the Life of Christ and other topics that help students learn from Christ's example. Classes are taught in small groups with lots of time for questions and discussion. These Bible studies offer youth a time to Love God, to Learn His Ways, to Bring People into a Relationship with Jesus Christ and to Celebrate Life Together

MONTHLY OPPORTUNITIES

YOUTH SNAC (Sunday Night After Church)
Sundays - once a month
7:00-8:30 p.m
Grades 7-12

Youth SNACS occur once a month.  Youth have prayer, light snacks, and recreation. Restaurant SNACS are scheduled 3-4 times a year and they are a premium time for youth to enjoy food, paid by the church, from a local Restaurant. SNACS offer our youth a time to Love God and to Celebrate Life Together.

VARIOUS PROGRAMS, ACTIVITIES, AND OPPORTUNITIES
There are many other activities that are offered to our students throughout the year. It would be impossible to explain all the programs and activities available. We send out a newsletter each month that contains updates and information on all current happenings in our student ministry and place it in our monthly Highlights newsletter.
