Nekrasova's involvement in the podcast has led to her being dropped from Gabriel Basso's directorial debut, Iconoclast, according to Deadline. In 2023, she made headlines when she was quoted in a New Yorker article expressing anti-Freemason and anti-Semitic sentiments, stating, 'Francis is not the real Pope, we all know it. … You’re not gonna get rid of the Freemasons. You’re not gonna get rid of the Jews. They infiltrated the Church a long time ago.'
Nick Fuentes, a 27-year-old Chicago native, has been a central figure in the controversy. He has gained attention for leading the 'Groyper' movement, which has been accused of promoting racism and antisemitism. Fuentes has made numerous inflammatory and antisemitic remarks, including denying the Holocaust and calling for a 'holy war' against Jews.
